At LUXBRANDY, we are dedicated to providing a secure and efficient shipping experience for our clients worldwide. All orders are expertly packaged, fully insured, and dispatched from our headquarters in Agadir, Morocco. Please review the following guidelines to understand our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- High-Value & Security Review: To protect our clients, orders with any item valued over $1,000 USD (or its equivalent), or multiple orders placed within a 24-hour period totaling a similar amount, may require approximately 2 additional business days for a standard security review. We may contact you if your order requires this additional processing time.

1. Shipping within Morocco
All domestic orders are shipped via a premium local carrier to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

Shipment Tracking & Insurance
- Package Tracking: We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
- Delivery Insurance: Every LUXBRANDY shipment is fully insured for its total value. This insurance protects your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit, giving you complete peace of mind.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
- Customer Responsibility: Orders shipped outside of Morocco may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country.
- Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU): All international orders are shipped DDU. This means that all import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country is also the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment of Fees: These fees are generally collected by the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) upon delivery. LUXBRANDY has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
General Information
- Shipping Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required for all shipments.
- International Returns: As per our Return Policy, eligible items may be returned internationally. However, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for any returns.
