Pre-Order Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing pre-order items from LUXBRANDY. Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not yet in stock but is available to purchase in advance. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a bag from our incoming inventory and secure your purchase before it becomes available to the general public.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time you place your pre-order. Placing a pre-order secures your item(s) and price. You will be charged the full amount of the order at checkout. This includes the cost of the pre-order items, any in-stock items, shipping, and applicable taxes.

3. Estimated Arrival Dates

The arrival dates listed on our product pages are estimates provided by the designer and/or our suppliers. These dates are subject to change without notice. Delays in production, shipping, or distribution are outside of our control and can impact the final delivery date.

We will do our best to update product pages with any official changes to arrival dates and will notify customers of any significant delays. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that you are ordering a product that is not yet in stock and that the estimated arrival date is subject to change.

4. Shipping Pre-Orders

  • Orders with ONLY Pre-Order Items: If your order contains only pre-order items, it will be shipped on or shortly after the date the product arrives at our warehouse.
  • Orders with BOTH In-Stock and Pre-Order Items: If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all pre-order items have arrived. The complete order will ship once the final pre-order product is in stock. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

5. Product Availability and Order Fulfillment

Occasionally, the fashion industry experiences supply constraints or stock shortages, where we may not receive the full quantity of a product that we ordered from our suppliers.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill all pre-orders for a specific product due to a supplier shortage, we will fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time the order was placed.

If your pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to a stock shortage, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund for the unfulfilled item(s) will be issued immediately.

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

a. Cancellation by Customer:
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at support@luxbrandy.store

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a 100% full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned subject to our standard Return Policy.

b. Cancellation by LUXBRANDY:
We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a 100% full refund.

7. Price and Product Guarantee

By placing a pre-order, you are locking in the price of the item. If the price of the product increases before its arrival, the price you paid will not change. We do not make adjustments to pre-order prices after an order is placed.
