Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you read and follow our return guidelines. Eligible items may be returned for a refund in accordance with the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Request Window: You must request a return by contacting us within 14 days of the original shipment date.
  • Return Window: The item must then be shipped back and received by us within 21 days of the original shipment date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact, unused condition in which they were received, including all original accessories such as dust bags, straps, and authenticity cards.
  • Security Tag: The LUXBRANDY security tag must be attached and untampered with. If this tag is removed or damaged, the item is not eligible for return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Any item where the security tag has been removed or tampered with.
  • Items returned after the 21-day window has passed.
  • Any items specifically marked as “Final Sale” on their product page (e.g., items sold at a significant discount).

3. How to Request a Return

Step 1:

Request Authorization Email our team at [Your Return Email Address] within 14 days of the shipment date. Please include your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

Step 2:

Receive Your Shipping Label Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid, insured shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3:

Ship Your Item Securely package the item with all original materials. Print the shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off with the designated carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

4. Return Shipping & Refunds

  • For your convenience, we provide a pre-paid and insured shipping label for all authorized returns. A return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets all eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
  • After the return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take your bank an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.
